We would like you to love your pling pieces! And we will gladly replace any item that is faulty, or is not what you originally ordered. Please read the item descriptions carefully, and feel free to ask us any questions you might have and we will try our best to answer them.

RETURNS


We want to give you a hassle-free way to return your purchase to pling, so you can return an item to us within 28 days of receiving your original order. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

To start the process of doing a return, please send us an email at custsvc@plingshop.com, quoting your item name, order number, your name and address, and the reason for the return. Please also attach the proof of purchase in the email. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return or item replacement.

We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and apply your refund to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized products
  • Custom-design products
  • Products altered to your specifications
  • Earrings due to hygiene reasons
  • Sale items

We try hard to accept your returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.


REFUNDS


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven (7) working days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at custsvc@plingshop.com.


Sale items
Only regular priced items may be fully refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


EXCHANGE


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at custsvc@plingshop.com. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the exchange or item replacement.


REPAIR


If you have an item that needs repair (after use) you can mail the item to me for free repair within 21 working days. We will mail the item back to you, and you only have to cover the shipping fees.


SHIPPING


Shipping fees are never refundable unless the mistake was on our part. If something is not right, or if the keyed-in address has been changed after the order is made, do email us immediately at custsvc@plingshop.com immediately quoting your item name, order number, and your name. plingstore is not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over SGD50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


GIFTS


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send an email to the gift giver and check with him/her on the refund or return.
